A father and son who ran a Paignton puppy farm in which animals lived in filthy conditions have been banned from keeping dogs.

Police and RSPCA officers investigating the case of James (right, above) and Hamish Noon (right, below) said it was the worst incident they had seen in more than 15 years.

The bans — 10 years for James Noon and two for his son — follow a 12-month investigation after the discovery at their home in Blagdon of dozens of Doberman puppies that were being kept in ‘conditions unfit for dogs’.
